This was a particularly fun project because it involved turning a patented invention owned by one of our clients into a commercial product that has been used at some famous hotels and restaurants like TGI Fridays!

One problem with existing grill brushes is that they don’t allow users to easily see when they need replacing. This can sometimes lead to loose bristles transferring from the grill to food. To solve this issue, we developed a cartridge system with an indicator line that allows users to see when their grill brush changing.

Another challenge is that using one-handed brush designs is not efficient and comfortable, especially when used for long periods of time. We’ve designed the Texas smart brush handles so that they’re ergonomically curved. The curve combined with food-grade grips allows for a comfortable experience even when used for long periods.
